This is the Monsoon Time in India and more prominently in Mumbai. Outdoor space is going through a slack time as you have seen the blank outdoor hoardings throughout Mumbai. This is the trend in monsoon in Mumbai as well as other parts of the world. Recently we did had a look on the outdoor space in Mumbai and found most of the bill boards are lying vacant and this trend is expected to continue till end of August.
 
Similarly Bus Queue Shelter which is also a prominent outdoor advertising spot in Mumbai is also going through a lean period. about 30-40% are showing a deserted white look. But Yardley and Comedy Central have taken most of the BQS (Bus Stop)



But the study also reveals that  media and Film Industry is the leader in outdoor category. E.g. Bol Bachchan a film by Rohit Shetty starring Ajay Devgan and Abhishek Bachchan is dominating the outdoor space. ( See the outdoor ad) Similarly Comedy Central is also hugely promoting their Lost In Cleveland very aggressively in affluent areas of Mumbai.
